The choir of the Church of the Living God is to bring glory to God through the gift of music and song; to uplift the name of Jesus in such a way that it will give obedience to God who said, "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord all ye land..." and at the same time give melodious messages of hope and inspiration to the hearers. Subordinate to this peculiar service for the choir and music department, it should support the overall task of the church by educating its members in biblical and ecclesiological knowledge. This will foster a spirit of corporate unity and individual morality. Thirdly, teach each member of the ministry the responsibility that accompanies the wonderful privilege and gift that God has bestowed upon them, by practicing good stewardship of time, talent and treasure.
